A white horse on Hindhead Common in Surrey close to Bunch lane, it was desinged to be seen in profile from the Gibbet. It was constructed by Dr Oliver Gray and his relatives and designed Mr E A Walton from Edinburgh and one of the Gray family. It was made of stones collected from the hillside. I was constructed sometime before 1913 and was kept in good condition until 1939, when it was let to grow over, it currently resides under several pine trees.
