Welsh Dragon

A Welsh Dragon, constructed from red stones outlined in white stones, they appear sunk in the ground but I could not access the site to confirm. It's dimensions are 90' by 70'. It was constructed in 1999 as a Millenium monument, by Huw Jones from Cemmaes Road near Machynlleth.
